Daniel Gluck is the Executive Director of the Hawaii State Ethics Commission, where he serves as the Commission’s administrator and chief legal counsel. He assists the Commission in carrying out its constitutional mandate to administer the State Ethics Code and the Lobbyists Law to promote the highest ethical standards in state government.  A graduate of Cornell University and Harvard Law School, Mr. Gluck is the former Legal Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii; he previously served as a law clerk to Hawaii Supreme Court Justice James E. Duffy (ret.) and United States District Court Judge J. Michael Seabright.  Mr. Gluck also worked as a litigation associate with Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law.
