The speaker is Erin Hamilton form Bristol Hospice.Bristol Hospice, LLC, was formed in 2006, focusing on the delivery of hospice services to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families/caregivers. Erin is the Regional Vice President, overseeing the development of our medical services and provide education to physicians/office staff, hospital case managers, skilled nursing facility, insurance providers, government, private & public entities.
She is also the founder of Caregiver Connection of Hawaii a free 100% volunteer healthcare navigation resource database. The core of her experience is based on diversified medical services & data analysis of health projections and analytics.
