Ballesteros joined Ala Moana Center in August 2018 as the associate general manager. In her new role as a property manager, Ballesteros will oversee and manage the Ala Moana Medical Building, the Ala Moana Pacific Center, and nearly 200 tenants, including doctors, dentists, and other office tenants. Prior to joining Ala Moana Center, she was a revenue manager/operations manager at Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa, and also worked for the City of El Paso as an airport operations manager and budget management analyst. She currently serves as deputy commander HI-078 for the Civil Air Patrol. Ballesteros received a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in aviation from Park University.
