Hello WHR members, this year we will receive 2 students from Kyoto West Rotary, 1 boy from 7/22 - 8/2/2025 and 1 girl from 7/22 - 7/282025.   This is only 10 days away from their arrival.

Terry Lo who is the Student exchange activities chair have already put out a google sign up sheet.  Please help to host the students lunch, dinner, and activities.  

We still have  need volunteers to help to host the students, the sign up sheet have a few opening, President, PE and the executive board, if you have not sign up, please sign up at the attached link to host activities for the visiting students.

Let's all work together to help to give the students a memorable visit to Honolulu.  Thank you to Stan Wong, Derek Tann, and Janis Chun who will provide lodging during the visit.  Thanks to Richard who has already reserved an area #38 at the Ala Moana Park on July 26 to host the students for a BBQ picnic.  Please attend the picnic and meet them.  They will schedule to come to our regular meeting on July 25.
