Tuesday, 7/22/25 – 8/2/25 We have 2 sister club exchange students visiting us.   Ryota Morita is a male, and Ai Kitayama is a female.  Ryota will be with us for 12 days and Ai will be with us only until 7/28/25.  I need your help and would like to ask that you sign up to help entertain the both of them.  Terry Lo and Elvira could really use your help.  They sent out a sign-up sheet for you to use.  For those of you who have children that will be eligible to participate in this exchange program in the future, now is a good time to get involved!! 

We still have  need volunteers to help to host the students, the sign up sheet have Tuesday July 29 , Wed July 30 afternoon, Thursday July 31 need members to volunteer to take 1 student for activities, if you have not sign up, please sign up at the attached link to host activities for the visiting students.

On Saturday, July 26th, please join us for a picnic at Ala Moana park, 11am -2pm at Picnic area 38 (see map). This is in honor of the 2 Kyoto West students.  Please sign up on the sheet to indicate how many people will be attending.  The club will cover the main dish and we need people to bring an appetizer, side dish, dessert or chip in $7 for drinks.  Thanks to Richard who has already reserved an area #38 at the Ala Moana Park on July 26 to host the students for a BBQ picnic.  Please attend the picnic and meet them.  They will schedule to come to our regular meeting on July 25.
