Rotary Club of Kyoto West Rotary

Sharing photo of  Kyoto students, Ai Kitayama and Ryota Morita being hosted by our members during their visit, and Airport transfer to the gate to return home on July 28, and Aug 2 respectfully.  A big Mahalo to all the members who participate with the student activities, lodging, airport pick up and transfer back from the host family back to the airport.  It's been quite an experience this year that we had to make several changes during the arrangement of visiting dates, student names, etc.  Even in mid June I am still experiencing changes on the visitation dates. Ai only stayed for 1 week because she needed to return to Kyoto to take exam, Ryota spent the whole 12 days with excursions, great shopping and delicious meals. As the International Service Chair and Student Exchange Club Counselor, I want to personally thanks to the members passion and support to this long established program.  yes Elvira Lo

Next year will be our term to send students to visit Kyoto.  I will appreciate if anyone who are interested to send their daughters and sons, please contact me early.
