Pacific Club in person general meeting is set on Aug 25. The 5th Friday, if any, will be a pau hana social. Please note the dates and locations on our website and bulletins for information. Update on Kyoto Student Exchange Youth visitation this summer month of the August. Finally the 2 girls Momoka and Hana from Kyoto Student exchange program arrived on Aug 4, and experiencing their 10 days visit in Honolulu with our fellow members to experience the Hawaiian culture and customs. Depart on Aug 13, on NH183 at 11:30 am. Thank you to the members Derek Tenn, Grace Fujiyoshi, Roland Chun, Kevin Sakamoto, to host the lodging for the girls.

Farewell party for the Kyoto Students are schedule on Aug 11 Friday, at Koolani Condo Doug Yee's place, party room, main course will be provided by the Club, members attending the event please bring drinks and pupus, thank you to Doug and Caroline who made the reservation for this event. Welcome Kyoto Students

Welcome Kyoto Student Momoka Kojima, attending high school, and speaking good English, daughter of Masaru Kojima, also the Kyoto West Rotary Sister Club Chair. Hana Fujita, first year college student, daughter of Tsukasa Fujita.

Cory Lu back left went to Kyoto in 2019 as exchange student grandson of Roland, next to him is brother Calum.
