Emily Naula is the Senior Director of Philanthropy at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children, focused on raising funds for Hawaii’s only full service hospital for women and children. She most recently completed a $10 million fundraising campaign to build Hawaii’s first and only Pediatric Heart Center, enabling infants and children to stay at home for care instead of being transported to mainland hospitals.

Emily has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of William and Mary, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, and a PhD in  Leadership and Organizational Management.

She has worked in non-profit organizations for the past seven years including Teach for America in Houston, TX and Honolulu, HI as well as Sacred Hearts Academy, Hawaii’s largest all-girls school.

She has worked at Kapi’olani Medical Center for five years and is embarking on a $20 million campaign to build Hawaii’s first Cancer and Infusion Center for women and children.
