Michael Shibata is the director for Office of Strategic Development and Partnership (OSDP) in June 2019 to lead the coordination of real property administration for the 10 UH campuses.  I thought he can share some work that he is doing on capital improvements at UH.  

Michael Shibata is currently the Director of Strategic Development and Partnership for the University of Hawai‘i System.  Prior to joining the University, he served as the Director of Real Estate for the Lili‘uokalani Trust from 2015 to 2021.  He also previously worked for Stanford Carr Development and PBR Hawaii.  Shibata holds Bachelor degrees in Economics and Political Science, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa.
