Congratulations to District Governor Elect Naomi Masuno for "graduating" at the Zone 26 Institute held in Denver, Colorado. She was officially introduced as next year's District Governor for District 5000. The event consisted of the Big West Zones 26 & 27, which is made up of 2 countries (USA and Canada), 14 states, and 30 districts.
