BIO: Judith Clark is the Executive Director of Hawaii Youth Services Network, a statewide coalition of youth-serving organizations and Pacific Islands training and technical assistance center. Ms. Clark has worked in the areas of youth services, crisis intervention, teen pregnancy prevention and youth homelessness for many years. She is the recipient of many awards including Hawaii's Outstanding Advocate for Children and Youth from the Hawaii State Legislature and the Community Collaborator award from the Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations.
