During the past week, they screened through and interviewed high school applicants from our club's district area. Their hard work will result in up to $20K worth of scholarships being handed out from our club and $5K from the Hawaii Rotary Youth Foundation. In addition, up to $2K will be awarded to a scholarship applicant from Lahainaluna High School, the former school of David Malo, whom our annual award since 1957 is named after.
