NO meeting on May 24 and 31, we are dark on these 2 Fridays, several of our members attending the Rotary International Convention in Singapore. 

On June 8th, Saturday, we have a Club Assembly, 11am to 1pm to talk about plans for 2024-2025 (events, projects, etc).  It will be at the Hawaii Properties conference room at 1165 Bethel Street.  Free parking, but it will be tandem (like how valets cram cars together haha). Lunch will be provided. 

Weekly meetings at The Edge restaurant: It seems to be going well at The Edge, however, we are finding that some have trouble getting to the Google doc to sign up for lunch.  We're going to try using the invite program on ClubRunner. You will get an email invitation and you just click yes or no to attend.  If you miss the email, you can just go to the calendar listing on the club website and register to attend. Register as a guest, if you don't have your password handy. The invite will be sent out on Monday, because we need to give the restaurant a head count on Tuesday.    

June 29:  Installation Ceremony:  Information for the installation ceremony is attached. Thanks to the hard work by Melissa, Naomi, Wes, and Stan, the installation ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 29, 10:30 a.m. The event will take place at the Hale Ikena Banquet and Conference Center on the Fort Shafter Army Base.  Due this reason, please review the flyer in the previous email from President Suzuki, for the requirements on entering the Army base.  Please make sure to email or call Melissa with your information. We are hoping everyone can RSVP by June 10 so we can have a smooth event
